Yes very interesting.
Notice that the USA passed Japan back years ago, but I bet if you ask people on the street right now, 4 out of 5 would say Japan is ahead of us. The press made hay in the '80's (and still does) knocking down our domestic auto companies. But they hardly do anything to acknowledge we re-took that advantage from Japan, nor inform our citizens of THAT!
China is (like Japan was, a few decades ago) a result of improper exchange rates that currently favors their economy. I'm hoping that we make no changes at the top of our government that will allow that imbalance to continue.
