Someone made some mistakes there.
A number of Japanese car enthusiasts who had fallen victim to car theft activity found their stolen cars on this shop. https://jspecauto.com/en/

Japan's media says this shop is suspected of one of a systematic international car thief network. It is like a modern day chop shop where the car is now sold in pieces online instead of thru black market. Be careful.

Interesting statement they put up. I immediately wonder why it's necessary to have two entities, J-Spec Auto Sports and JDM Racing Japan. The latter in charge of parts sourcing and supply, while the former sells to customer. Convenient way of denying involvement by J-Spec? Maybe, maybe not.

I do hope this turns out the businesses are legitimate and not involved in illegal stolen parts.

But, I agree Frank. They have some work to do if they want to clear their name.

Now there's really more than just smoke, imo

Are the authorities going to close it down? Let's hope so.
