Steve, I've watching them most of the afternoon. The video would 'skip' from time to time; but, for the most part video and audio was fine. I've talked to my cable-provider about (Spectrum / Brighthouse) about this in the past and they informed me that they were in the middle of their own software / hardware upgrades. Sometimes I could re-boot my router-box; but, otherwise I'd have to wait for them to finish. THEN...the router-box would work properly. As a matter of fact, my cable router-box ws updated / replaced as well.
So...it might not be NBCSN at all. It could be that your provider is not picking up 'the feed' very well.
