Yes, it is a "Brand New Tool", just in case you are wondering, and the color combination is what Studebaker referred to as its "Spring Color" collection. Bombay Red doesn't appear on color charts, it is an original color, and there are others in this collection, just take a few minutes and search the web to find the list.
