More Info:
This model was only available through the D4C Diecast Club, of which you had to be a member, to qualify for purchase.
All the models came with black convertible tops and most will come with the additional hard top in black. But to commemorate FM's 25th anniversary, the D4C will configure 25 models with a white auxiliary hard top. These models will also carry a gold plate attesting to this fact while the others will have a silver plate.
The 25 with white hard tops are being shipped randomly, so no one knows which version they're getting until it arrives. Jay has requested that those who receive the white hard tops send their certificates to him so that he and Tony and Raffi can sign and return them.
If you are a D4C Club member and you have been collecting their club cars throughout the years then you may want to add this one to your collection. I found the color combination to be stunning, therefore, it will present well in any collection.
To read more about this model stop by the D4C and check it out.
