The GT500KR convertible is one of the most recognized and sought after Shelby Mustangs. With aggressive styling from the fiberglass hood with forward mounted scoops to the sequential taillights, the GT500 "King of the Road" made a commanding impression. Only 318 "KR’s" were equipped with the 428 Cobra Jet Ram Air engine and a covered roll bar.
