I have the Persian Sand Eldorado convertible. It would be fantastic to have a steel-top version to go along with it.

I checked the AutoColorLibrary.com website and for 59 there was only one red offered, and it wasn't a metallic color.
I'm going to go out on limb and say that, while it appears to be largely stock, that car has been repainted with a modern two stage paint.
