No. Nice example, but don't recall ever seeing a two tone like that. Taking a second look at the picture the color appears to be metallic or pearlescent.
I checked the AutoColorLibrary.com website and for 59 there was only one red offered, and it wasn't a metallic color.
I'm going to go out on limb and say that, while it appears to be largely stock, that car has been repainted with a modern two stage paint.
