Because of the curvature of the rear fender, more than likely. That would be a nightmare shape to get right in wood.

Posted - 10/23/2024 : 22:25:44 I never warmed up to these Packard woodies. The body shape isn't so bad; but, i don't get their idea behind the styling of their wood trim. Why stop the wood in the middle of the wheel-well opening on the rear fender? I don't get it.
