The information JSS gathers.

JSS "Just Some Stuff" does capture your IP address when visiting our forums. Also we retain any information a visitor may affirmatively provide to us. For example, if a visitor submits a technical support inquiry, or request product sales information, he or she will be asked to provide us with an e-mail address or other necessary contact information so that we may respond to the question or provide the requested information.

JSS captures all correspondence via our email server (Contact Us). In the event we determine our mail server is being used for unauthorized solicitation the offending party will be notified immediately to cease and desist, and said offender will be immediately and permantently banned from this site.

How JSS uses the information.

JSS only uses the information submitted by visitors to respond to his/her specific inquiry. Your IP address would be used to identify you in the case of legal action brought against us on your behalf.

With whom JSS shares the information.

JSS does not share information with anyone outside of JSS Software, except where we may be required to do so by law, regulation, or other valid governmental authority.

JSS provides links to some die cast manufactures and other business partners. If you access these links, you will leave JSS site and this privacy statement shall no longer apply. instead, your visit to the third party site will be governed by the site's privacy statement and/or terms of use, if any. JSS is not responsible for the policies on these other sites, nor for any activities, downloads or other content you access or view on these third party sites.

JSS does not keep visitor information other than the information you supplied to log into our forum.
