The Chrysler 300 Letter Series...

The 300 Letter Series was a high-performance, luxury car introduced by Chrysler in 1955. The Letter Series 300 continued through 1965. The 300 continued but without the letter designation.

Unfortunately, in the Precision 1:24 world, only three years of the 300 were offered. The 1956, 1957 & 1958, the 1955 was issued by Motor Max. The Danbury Mint gave us the '56, '57 & '58 and the Franklin Mint offered the '57 & '58. For today's post, I've chosen to feature the three years from DM. All red and ready to run.

1956 Chrysler 300B Hardtop Sport Coupe - Regimental Red

1957 Chrysler 300C Convertible - Gauguin Red

1958 Chrysler 300D Hardtop Sport Coupe - Matador Red

All are beautiful. I have the '58 out of this trio and it is severely under-appreciated.

Great automobiles, weren't they?
