A newly tooled plastic model kit of the '71 Mustang is beginning to hit hobby store shelves, and that got me looking at colors offered in 1971. I ran across a few pics to share. Back in the '70's, I built the '71 kit in this burgundy-like color. Looking at PPG paint chips, i doubt this was an OEM color. And finishing with two in Blue (this might be Acapulco Blue) (Grabber Blue)

I have always liked, and still do, Grabber Blue. My 2011 Mustang is Grabber Blue.
