I don't think this is an ad, rather a newspaper article. There is no advertising and the big three would not have run a joint "ad". Funny, all the Mopar cars didn't really have much of a new front. Theirs came the year before in 1957. ......1958 was a terrible year for car sales due to a recession at the time.

The ‘57 Lincoln had stacks headlights over fog lights, but not canted. The lower light wasn’t a headlight since dual headlights weren’t yet legal in all states.
