My 1961 Buick Special and 1969 AMC Ambassador.

The picture was taken in the summer of 1989. I bought the Ambassador in August 1988 with 26515 miles. It was my daily driver and family car for vacations for a long time. I put over 100,000 miles on it before getting rid of it. Not bad for $1500.

I'd go with the Buick more, although can't argue with your success in the AMC. Plus, it was blue!
