I can't make out what that is next to her right foot. It looks like she's in coveralls. Maybe being coached on how to do light maintenance on a vehicle? It looks like the base of bumper jack sitting behind the right side of the car.
Next to her right foot is the top of a container (or barrel) pump with crank handle, for oil or grease, but the mystery to me are the three oil or gas cans around him, and the quart of oil in his right hand. They would not refill a quart can.
