This truck is at a local farm market. I believe it is a 57-59? Anyone know? Anyway, it's a good looking truck.

Cool blue goes well with the truck, and the garden center.

I'll say it's a '58. I know the '59 and '60 had vertically stacked quad headlights.
(My family's business had a '57 IH 1.5 ton dump truck for many years, according to the title, and the headlight bezels on it were round, not enclosing a turn signal, like seen on the truck pictured.)

However, I'm not sure if their pickups followed the same design changeover each model year as the larger truck (our '57 dump truck looked like the '56 pickup), so it may be hard to tell a '57 International from a '58, without the serial number and title.
