I'd planned a trip to Michigan for the weekend, but when I heard the weather forecast I stayed home.

Sunday in Richmond had a rain/wind warning and except for the high winds thought it has missed us. In the evening I stepped out into the warmer air only to see that a tree branch fell on my housemates Subaru. Windshield totally caved in and a small dent on the roof edge. I haven't moved the branch to see if any damage to the hood. Obviously it will have to be towed.

Our yard is still a sheet of ice. Rose fell the other day walking the dog.
