Posted - 07/31/2023 : 17:59:37 A newly tooled plastic model kit of the '71 Mustang is beginning to hit hobby store shelves, and that got me looking at colors offered in 1971.
I ran across a few pics to share.
Back in the '70's, I built the '71 kit in this burgundy-like color. Looking at PPG paint chips, i doubt this was an OEM color.
And finishing with two in Blue (this might be Acapulco Blue)
