Hi Jim, the legend lives! When I was a kid I built the Rat Fink model, it was one of my favorite builds. We had two hobby shops in Hazleton, PA that always had contest and the Rat Fink was entered into big one. Unfortunately it didn't win or place. I never gave up though and entered another build the following year. I remember it was a dodge, if memory serves me right, it was an early 60's muscle car. I don't remember the model but I do remember I painted it a gold metallic which was a factory color. This time I won the show, and best of show.

Thanks for sparking that memory Jim!
